Central New Jersey BP Newbie

Hey BP folks, 

My name is Andrew and I currently own two SFR's in Princeton NJ. I joined BP as I'm looking to accomplish a few things:

1) Find homes in central Jersey where I can apply the BRRRR strategy

2) Find local financing sources/be a local financing source

3) Get recommendations on reliable contractors and handyman services to I can start to systematize my business

4) Get to know all of you people and hopefully help others achieve their goals!   

Quick background on me, I currently live in Jersey City with my wife and daughter and work in advertising technology in NYC. Prior to that I was on the U.S. Rowing team and was lucky enough to represent the U.S. at multiple World Championships and the 2008 Olympics. My current goal is twofold: a) Invest in real estate to make a tangible difference in peoples lives, b) through that investment create enough income that I have the ability to spend more time with my family (sappy, I know...)
