I've been lurking on the boards for a while, and decided that I should take the time to introduce myself and thank the BP community for such a vast amount of wonderful information and advice.

I am currently in the process of my first attempt at the BRRRR strategy with a historic home in San Marcos, TX. I've never been one to start small or take the easy way out so I thought why not start with a historic home which is something that I've always really liked.

Truthful disclaimer: I spend the vast majority of the year on the road working so as I type and say that I am doing this work, what I really mean is my family is doing all of the work and hiring the necessary personnel (with my remote help), and I'm mainly just the money on the other end of the bank account. While the situation might not be ideal for most, it's amazing what you can get done by phone and email if you have a little knowledge and a deep desire to succeed.

I am still looking to make additions to the team that I am in the process of building and look forward to hopefully building a few mutually beneficial relationships while continuing to educate myself in the vast world of real estate investment.

Thanks
