Hey Jason, thanks for the reply.  I have a cousin that has been doing this in Ohio for a few years and he is helping me get started.  I'm finding some great deals in my area and am interested in possibly flipping some but more so wholesaling to guys like yourself that can benefit.  Rentals are a big thing in my area due to Penn State University.    Just trying to get started.
