Good morning,

My name is Marshall Butler and I am a real estate investor in Central Arkansas.  My day job is a VP of Commercial Finance at a local bank.  Not here to solicit business from that but if I can be of any assistance with banking questions and some ways to get around some requirements or down payments please let me know and I'll try to be as much help as I can.  Most people appreciate an inside look of how banks view the real estate portfolios and most of my small loan focus in banking has been assisting local fix and flip projects.

Ive been investing in real estate for several years. I have experience in everything from wholesale to fix and flip and buy and hold. The BRRRR strategy is what got me up and running and provided enough capital to really get to where the meat is.
