Hi Everyone,

I am a graphic designer who wants to get his feet wet in real estate by wholesaling in the NY metro area. I reside in Yonkers, NY, an up and coming suburb of NY. Currently I have a full time job as a designer for a medical communications company, but my passion lies in entrepreneurship. I have extensive experience in traditional and digital marketing and branding. One of my experiences was working for a social media marketing company that catered to realtors.

My short terms goals are to wholesale in the Tri-State area and eventually house hack. Long term I would like to be financially free through rental income.

I would love to work with anyone on wholesaling, rehabbing, and analyzing the NY market. The following are some of my skills; websites, print, apparel, e blasts, logos, social media posts, presentation design, excel.
