My name is Mike Yuan. I live in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. I sign up with BP few months ago, but I was busy to get my real estate license for PA.  I just pass the test. Now back to BP to learn more information about real estate investment. I have some experience in real estate, because I have few rental properties and been managed by myself. I want to learn more about flipping house, that why it's better to get the license. That way will save some money on commissions in the future.
