Learning about the meeting point of RE, business savvy and public speaking skills

Hello there fellow Forum-ers,

My name is David Breitzmann. I've been educating myself about different types of RE transactions (REO, Short, Rehab, Commercial) for a few years. Have attended a few REIA groups here in the big apple and that was interesting for sure.

On a different end of the spectrum my professional life has reached the point where my passion - communication/public speaking - is now the root of my work. I actually find public speaking know-how and an understanding of my own needs and values drives financial decisions.

Now, more than ever, it's clear that possessing business, RE and public speaking skills will actually play out quite well. It is a business venture and should always be treated that way. My business relationships will be long term and I look for the big potential later versus quick upfront gain.

That's me in a nutshell. Contact me if in the New York or Atlanta area (travel twice per year).

Cheers,

David
