Hi, my name is Kurt Kopf, from San Clemente CA. I'm looking to gain knowledge and insight about real estate investing, including REITs, but I have 10 years as an Appraiser with Wachovia Bank and recently about over a year+ ago started doing home inspection... I've been reviewing appraisals for 6 months too. I considered getting my RE lic. but I'm not the salesy type. My goal is six figures. If that's not realistic, then I'm in the wrong place....
