I never understood the phrase "if you do what you love you will never work another day of you life" until now. My journey in real estate so far goes as  this. I passed the school and all the pre-requisites with flying colors. I listened to people around me and took 2 months off before i took my state test to be certified as a real estate agent. So i 2 months later i studied a little bit thinking that i got it....... boy was i wrong it took me 10 times to pass my state test to be certified. The last time  before i finally passed it i answered`107 out of the 109 i needed to qualify ...talk about being pissed. So now around this time every one is telling me that i should just give up because maybe its not for me, but it just made me more determined to get it right the 10th time,  because i understood that you can get it wrong 100 times and all you need to do is get it right once to change the whole game. I went to every Real estate work shop, seminar, open houses, read every book i could get my hands on just really immersing my self in everything real estate. I passed my real estate test the 10th and finial time. i hung my license with Keller Williams and have just been building my foundation and applying all  knowledge ive acquired over this past year
