Hello and welcome to BP!  I am not sure what you are asking but I would recommend that you just go to watch and possibly network with those who are present.  What kind of properties are being auctioned?  Most sales feature a common sale for the city, county, or state.  I live just outside of Dallas Texas and they do things a little differently down here.  That use to be recommended because not too many people showed up but now they do making competition greater in quantity.  You typically have to pay all money that is due when a sale is made at auction.  It may take place at a place that is not where you think.
