I'm active military preparing to retire and hopefully pursue Real Estate. I've been told getting my Realtor's  License is a bad idea due to conflicting interests with investing or flipping properties. I have a truck and I'm willing to help do repair work on your projects so that I can learn how to do things! Insane work ethic!
