I am a kid named Joshuah and and I am interested in real estate. My dream is to be a realtor/real estate agent. I think a home is a place where hopes and dreams come true. "Home is the starting place of love,hope,and dreams.

Welcome to Bigger Pockets!  If you want to accomplish great things in real-estate, I would start with education.  Have a ravenous appetite for learning everything possible. Should be no problem for a passionate person to listen to 20+ podcasts a week.  You should be able to get through all 200 BP podcasts in 10 weeks and have a solid idea in what area of investing you want to pursue. 

Read books, read forums. By spring you should be more than ready to jump in with both feet!   

How old are you if you don't mind me asking?
