Starting from the ground up. Plan on house hacking
My name is Justin Myers and I'm from Albany, NY. I'm new to investing and I have no experience with real estate up to this point. I started a wellness company five years ago where I do personal training and massage therapy. I also work a full time job as a massage therapist. Although I love my profession I don't want to work 70 hours a week for the rest of my life.
My plan is to start with house hacking. My idea right now is the use rental property as a long term investment and another stream of income that will allow me to work less hours at my other jobs.
