Greetings to the BiggerPockets community!

My name is David Bailey-Aldrich, and I am new to real estate investing.

I currently work as a broker/agent for telecommunications, helping negotiate and close business-to-business services (voice, data, Internet, colocation, etc.) transactions between business customers and various telecom carriers.  I have been involved in the telecom industry for over 15 years, with experience in direct sales, channel sales, account relationship management, order entry and project coordination.

My experience with real estate includes just under 10 real estate transactions, mostly buying and selling our primary residence, all in the Minneapolis area. Three of our transactions (two buys and one sale) were successfully negotiated and closed with no real estate agent representation on my side (I used my attorney to help make sure the agreement terms were solid). My wife and I recently closed on our first investment property (a buy and hold rental), and we are considering expanding our investing business to include flipping and possibly more buy and hold rentals.

I look forward to connecting with other investors to learn all I can, and I will do all I can to be helpful to others in the community.
