Hello,my name is William (Bill) Wagner and I'm new to real-estate business . I currently own a townhome,and it's about to get rented.I am interested in flipping homes and to fixing and renting others.I have a carpentry background and I'm waiting for a supervisor job in the home building and renovation business and it will start in January . I have access to good skilled workers in new construction and remodeling work.I am a good lead man with lots of supervisory positions over the years.I am ready to turn the page to the real estate chapter in my life.I'm looking forward to learning new things here.Thank you.
