Hi name is John Iam from the 01904 market. I am a single family home owner and have recently purchased in the 01907 market. I plan on adding to my portfolio more in 2017. Question.....what is the best method and method(s) for attracting tenants and where can I find the current market rental rates? Thank you

You can check out RentoMeter to see what the rents are for the area also check out craigslist/zillow and compare your home to places on the market for rent to figure the right price. 

Some of the better methods to find tenants are listing it several times per week on craigslist and put it on Zillow as well as for rent by owner. You need to keep your craigslist ad fresh so its always in view for potential renters. If you're property is in a decent area you can also put a for rent sign in the yard but beware in questionable areas its an open invitation to get your copper pipes stolen.
