New to real estate and really want to grow

I have a very clear goal in real estate. I want to buy a large property here in Missouri - one in the $1M+ range with 300+ acres. I'd like to use this for several reasons including various types of farming, recreational areas, and eventually a spiritual retreat/addiction recovery center. Trouble is, I have very little money to start with. My plan is to start small then move up the property scale until I can purchase a property like this in the Ozarks.
