My name is Vincent and I am from Miami Beach Florida. I have lived here for 22 years. I have a Real Estate Brokerage in Miami Area (and management) for 15 years. Since few years I wanted to stop this activity and simply focus to built up a multifamily portfolio (targeting apartment building class C+, 20 units and above).

I listen almost every morning, having my coffee, so many quality podcast from BP, and I am discovering this great community. It s a real pleasure, thank you Josh and Brandon you are doing something really great!
