Small business owner from Western Wisconsin open to many types of real estate investing but primarily interested in buy and hold multi-family and larger apartments. I have a lot of experience buying land in my "day job" (farmer), but would like to diversify into residential income property both for passive income and future retirement (currently 30 yrs old w/ wife and baby). I look forward to being a member of this site, and to hopefully finding my first property soon!
