Hello!!

My name is JC and I was referred to this site by a work friend. I am currently a UH60 Blackhawk Helicopter pilot in the GA Army National Guard and a UAV Pilot/Contractor for Systems Dynamic International. I'm in Afghanistan until March 2017. I'm 4 classes away from my BS in Aeronautics, am bilingual, and love traveling and trying new foods.

I'm young, debt-free, no wife/kids and have a great credit score. I make a boatload of money with my current job and would like to capitalize on that by investing in real estate for my future while I have been blessed with the opportunity. I'm here to learn as much as I can by browsing the forums and doing research.

When I'm in the US, I reside in Atlanta, GA. However, I'm interested in purchasing duplexes or vacation homes to rent out to others, anywhere in the country. I'm currently browsing in Florida.
