Hello all from sunny San Diego! Name is Kenneth and ive always loved the thought and process of flipping houses. I read some books a few years back and then kinda just let it fall to the side, now that im getting close to retiring from my Military career im really going full speed ahead. I always told myself, of course after i retire from the Military ill get a new career in the electrical field, a field i love btw, but the more i think about it the more i think id rather be flipping and buying to hold. love the site, love the podcasts, love the book recommendations. Thanks for having me!
