Hello I'm a new member from Baltimore MD and im really excited and motivated to be successful in real estate but I don't have tons of money to shovel out at this current time due to having two 2 year olds, I don't have any experience but I am eager to learn and grow. Any advice is greatly appreciated. thank you.
