Hi everyone!

My name is Trevor Ryan, I am 25 year old business marketing student at PSU and have been researching and studying REI for the past 5 months or so but have been interested for about 2 years. I am very excited to start this journey and I am absorbing as much knowledge and material as possible. I have already bought the book on investing with little or no money down and would like to begin investing in either house hacking, fix and flipping and possibly whoelsaling. I have yet to find a mentor but am in hope that maybe through the meetings or biggerpockets I can make some relationships with people who can in turn become a great mentor and even more importantly a friend. This is just the begining and I am excited to see it take off and meet a lot of new people in the process.
