Howdy everyone! Professionally speaking, my name is Quincy. But to my friends and family I prefer just Q. I'm pretty new in the real estate business and have just recently earned my license to practice here in the wonderful state of Georgia! I'm currently in the Canton area and just trying to get a hold of as much knowledge as I possibly can about the industry! Knowledge is power right? And what better place to swell my melon head up with valuable information and wisdom than here at BP? :)

I'm a part time college student, full time overnight stocker at Wallys, and full time investor! My main goal is to achieve financial freedom that will allow me to escape the stressful work environment that I am currently in now. The fun novelty of swinging heavy boxes around all night wears off pretty fast haha! There are a ton of creative ways of making money in real estate, and I feel for me doing buy and holds along with house flipping, practicing as an agent, and MAYBE investing in promissory notes would help me achieve my ultimate goal. So far starting out as an agent it's been fun! I've met a lot of really interesting and friendly folks, and I look forward to doing the same on here!
