Greetings Real Estate Pros!

My name is D'Aydra but Dee is fine. My husband and I own Allenique Investments, LLC and currently do business as ECA DuctWorks, a full service HVAC company. We are interested in finally getting our feet wet in real estate investing and are looking for a way in!

I will admit that I am a bit nervous to dive right in but I do know that, just like anything else worth my time and energy, it's going to require a leap! We dove into our HVAC business and luckily we've done nothing but grow over the last year. I believe, if we go about things right, we'll do the same when it comes to investing.

I am interested in learning as much as I can, honestly. I am particularly interested in learning creative ways around money and credit right now until I'm prepared for large financial investments or loans that rely on personal credit. I can see ECA DuctWorks investing time and materials in exchange for light returns after sales. I would love to connect with some hard money lenders as well, I hear that this lending avenue would be a great way in the door. And believe it or not, I recently had a dream in which I walked through the wholesale process step-by-step, and came out with a pretty nice commission (I had always wondered exactly how the process worked)... so getting into wholesales would be pretty cool too!

Oh, before I forget, I am also an engineering student with over 7 years of construction related experience. I've been an Estimator and Assistant PM for a GC, performed take off for a large government construction management firm, conducted design reviews on behalf of the government, and I am an Architectural & Civil Drafter by trade. I believe Allenique Investments has a lot to offer in addition to all that we're interested in learning and gaining.

Please feel free to contact me! I would love to find ways to work with new people on anything related to real estate and investing!
