No longer lurking and ready to be fully engaged.

I have been lurking around BiggerPockets for a few years, reading things here and there. I have listened to a few podcast. I purchased my first SFR in 2014 and launched a management company the same year to manage the property and a few for other investors.

Now that I have finished my architecture licensing exams, (Licensed Architect 2016), I am ready to fully focus on being a Real Estate Entrepreneur. I am mostly interested in learning more about implementing BRRRR and Lease Optioning. I am also looking to get into developing multi-family and mixed use projects.

I am familiar with the markets in Wichita, KS and Houston, TX, but would be interested in venturing in to other markets. Interested in SFR <50K or multifamily (2-4 units). 

I look forward to being a more active and engaged member of the community.
