Hi, my name is Bob Richardson. I am a 42 year old medical office manager, my wife and I are looking to secure some retirement income with multi family home rentals. At this point I am gathering information. I stumbled across bigger pockets and have found a wealth of knowledge that I am just scratching the surface so far. I don’t think we can put together enough money for a down payment on a large enough building, so I am considering to start with a condo flip. I am a bit overwhelmed by all of the info here, but I am trying to take in as much as possible.  Hello!

Welcome Robert!

House hacking is a good way for you to get in the game without having to put much down. It also reduces a lot of the risks such as holding costs or vacancies.
