Hello everyone, I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and excited to finally take the step of investing in real estate.  I've been watching from the sidelines as a lender for 15 years, and recently put some deadlines on myself.  I'm committed to geting my first deal closed before the end of the year, and to acquire a total of 4 rentals before I turn 40.  (that's in about 14 months.)  I've been making offers and searching for deals, and I have my first deal under contract to close mid December.  I'm excited and thankful to get help & advice from this awesome community!!!!
