New Member in Nashville and middle Tennessee area

Hello. My name is Andrew Rolley. My wife and I have recently moved to the Nashville area from Lafayette, IN. My wife is a realtor and has been in the real estate for 4 years. We've currently done 12 Flips in the past 3 years, and have held 4 as rentals that are all payed for and cash flowing wonderfully. We are eager to enter into the middle tennessee market and to engage in learning and contribution in the Bigger Pockets platform. 

We are currently looking for deals in the middle Tennessee area for flips. We eventually will be looking for buy and holds and expanding our rental portfolio. We absolutely love all aspects of real estate.

My wife is an excellent agent with impressive achievements because her high level of work ethic, professionalism, and client care. We love helping people in the process of real estate whatever avenue that may be. We want to help you make the best decisions for you.

I personally have be a construction and skilled trades for 10 years.  I have been self employed since January 2015 with the main focus of flipping and maintaining/managing our rental properties and other varies contracting jobs. I love working with my hands and managing projects.
