Hello my name is Matt . I am currently working in law enforcement and I want to change careers and become a real estate investor. I have young children and my current career takes me away from them more than I would like. I have a few friends who have been successful in flipping and rahabing and I want to do the same. I aspire to eventually buy and hold enough rental properties to generate a passive income of $10,000 a month which would allow me to leave law enforcement altogether. I am a people person and not afraid to get my hands dirty and invest some sweat equity to make a house shine again.
