So after listening to several podcasts I decided to order Rich Dad Poor Dad from Amazon and this happened...
seemed really cheap for a hard cover, should of done more research! I'll take this as an omen. 😂😂
Anyway, looking to buy and hold rental properties as a means to diversify my investment portfolio. Formed my LLC today.
