Hi guys,

Hope you are all well

Thankful that I found this group, excited to learn about real estate investment from the materials offered  by the site and of course, from you all.

I'm a full time employee working in Silicon Valley, really like what I do and the company but I wanted to learn how to make money work for me rather than me continuously working for it. My goal is to learn how to invest in rental properties preferably here in the Bay Area although price is really high, open to cities with high potential as well. I own a house now but I wanted to buy my first rental early next year to develop a passive income. My ultimate goal is to build wealth so I can help my family, friends and those who are in need and live life to the fullest.

I've read books Rich Dad Poor Dad and working on my seconds RDPD book. I also almost bought coaching but thank God I found this site and saved my money instead.

This site is big and I'll continue exploring and learning, your input and help is very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Fernando
