I'm interested in learning about all the potential investments in real estate. I'm a young guy in my 20s so I figured this was a good time to start! I'm also not a megamillionaire with tons of cash on hand so I have to start from the bottom. I look forward to being an active member of this community.

I wish i had the mindset to start investing a lot earlier. With that said. from my experience, house hacking is the best way to start.

Find a way to get your first house that isn't in perfect condition.. work to clean it up and portions of it out to friends while you're fixing the rest of it up.

I started with a small 2 story house inner city, fixed up the bottom floor and rented each room to a different friend. they helped me pay for the house and fix it up.
