Brokerage firms

Hi, Im a newbie. I recently signed up with a real estate brokerage firm that acquires and resells distressed residential properties in my area. They send me a lot of deals within the parameters I setup in our initial meeting. I was wandering if anyone has worked with these types of companies, and what experiences they have had with them. It appears they do a lot of the homework for you. Most of the deals are sold within a day or two to first come, first serve buyers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
