Team building with locals

I am interested in making assignment of contract deals, bird-dogging, and wholesaling. And, like to partner with someone locally in the New Mexico area. I presently am working a full-time job; would like to retire from this job and spend more time with grandchildren and doing real estate investing.

Hello @Evangeline Palmerton, I would recommend you start going to some of the evening meetup groups so you can meet other investors here in Albuquerque and you can probably find someone to partner with through that. There are a few meetup groups here with the most regular and biggest being the ACRE that meets on the first Thursday of every month at the Muligenerational Center up near Paseo del Norte.
