I've been a reader here for months, but I've not been active on the forum at all. My plan is to dig into this forum a bit. I've already seen a ton of awesome content here, so I have no doubt there's a lot of great conversation to be had.

I personally sell residential property, and my focus is on sales training and internet marketing. I work with real estate pros to help them meet their goals through blogging and social networking. It's been a huge influence on my personal business, and I like sharing it with as many others as possible.

I'm fascinated with all the changes in the real estate business over the last couple years, and I'm highly attracted to the fact that there seem to be a lot of winners here...truth be told, most Realtors are pretty negative and defeatist in attitude. It's a pleasure to have found such an awesome community. This site rocks!
