I'm excited to join and I look forward to making friends in this area of business.

My interests are with smaller multi-family units and building long term passive income as I start planning for retirement. One of my goals is to demonstrate success in this business so my children can feel confident that they too can pursue their dreams and build a solid financial future.

Welcome.

Malden is selling at retail and above asking prices however be wary of certain parts due to criminal, gang and drug activity. Tenant screening is key.

The great thing about multi-families in that area are if you don't plan on living in the property you can fully rent out a 2 or 3 family house and the rent collected from those units will pay off the mortgage and then some if the financial analysis is sound with the property.

I'm getting my real estate license as well and will have mine beginning of December.

Good luck. Feel free to contact me to bounce ideas off each other or share information.
