Hi,

I have wanted to get into investing in real estate for a couple of years but now that I'm out of college and have a full time job with a little bit of savings my excitement to get involved has really grown, which led me to the Bigger pockets podcast and now here!

I'm always looking for new techniques on investing, especially for someone who has no previous experience with it. I am just getting started so I have no properties right now.

Would be willing to look into house-hacking to start out!
