Hi everyone,

I'm 28 years old. I'm hoping to begin investing in real estate and creating cash flow for my wife and I. In an ideal situation, I would provide enough of a horizontal income stream that I can leave my full time job, and pursue my passion which is small scale farming. We don't have a ton of money to work with, but we do have some savings. Pursuing this path would also allow one or both of us to comfortably stay home when we have children in the future.

I have just recently started listening to bigger pockets podcasts and I look forward networking with folks in my area and hopefully getting my first deal under my belt in 2017.

Thanks,

Danny

Hi Daniel,

Welcome to investing in the Kingston area. We are a brokerage specializing in investments as well as REO/Fannie Mae brokers repping bank owned properties.

If you'd like to grab a cup of coffee and meet some of our team let me know. We have agents who invest only for themselves, and some that rep purchasers. Lots of good information - and I suggest checking out the Mid-Hudson REIA in Poughkeepsie. Great way to connect with other investors and contractors.

Cheers!

Cree
