My name is Tyler. I'm 25 and have been lurking for a while. Enjoy the BP podcasts, and have been researching real estate investing for about a year. I haven't done any deals, but I have time, energy, and good financial resources. I hope that I will be able to contribute to BP by giving some of my time to a busy investor who needs some help on the ground with 'boring' work in exchange for some real estate mentorship. I'm in north Seattle.
