After you have been on this forum for a couple of months the new member intro forum gets a little droll. About 500 posts a minute of people that never make it into the double digits on their posts counter. Well....I'm not like that. Read my BG profile, follow me on LinkedIn, check out my IG , be my friend on Snapchat, or just be my friend :) 

Truthfully, it has taken me 1 month to write this post. I've been "lurking" as they say on the interwebs...a webinar here, a few dozen podcasts there....I've even flirted with going Pro. What I haven't done, until tonight, is come up with goals:

Unless someone can talk me out of out of it, I believe my first step is buying a 2-5 door multi-family for a great deal. I plan to occupy one of the units. I have flexibility on timing (sort of) but wish to act as quickly as possible. 

And yes...I'm shopping for the Denver market but more importantly I'm shopping for a great deal that will work for me. Please don't push another MLS email on me. I want something hotter than MLS.
