Hello! My name is Josh Domingo. I'm a beginning real estate investor from Los Angeles. I'm originally from Seattle but moved to LA in 2014. I work full-time as an IT Project Manager for a mid-sized finance company. I'm beginning my real estate investing career at 26 years old and am very excited to be part of the BP community!

Short-term Goal: Save $50k by end of 2016 (almost there!). Use my savings to purchase 2 investment properties in 2017 (most likely a couple SFRs in the Mid-West)

Long-term Goal: Acquire 10 units within the next 5 years. $200+ cash flow per unit

Previous Experience: Very little experience. I helped my dad acquire my aunt's rental home in Oahu. Other than that, I've just been educating myself, reading books, listening to podcasts, and living below my means so I can save enough to start investing next year.

Looking forward to learning from everyone on BP and also sharing my experiences as well!
