I am a new real estate investor who is striving to learn all that I can before making my first deal. My goal is to buy an investment property (preferably a 4-plex) by the end of this year 2016. I’ve been into real estate since 2013 but had a bunch of road blocks until I found Bigger Pockets. Right now, the challenges I face is I have no current capital, 0 on hands experience, and maintaining a 50-hour work week to fuel my capital. My advantages are that I have Bigger Pockets and I’ve set aside 2 hours a day to learn and analyze deals, I am currently paying off all my debt and credit cards so I have an amazing credit of 750+, and the last and most important piece is that I have the drive, motivation and tenacity to be successful in anything I set my mind to. What I’m currently seeking to aid me on this journey is a great mentor for guidance, a partnership who can fill the gaps on what I need to make this deal happen, and support from all my friends and family.
