hi my name is Trevin munn. I am in the Charlotte nc area, 21 years old and a Comercial masonry Forman. I have been studying real estate for a while now and am ready to jump into the world of real estate investing. I am looking for buy and hold single family homes in mint hill, Monroe, locust, and surrounding area. Any advice about these locations or Charlotte nc in general would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time, I look forward to meeting the bigger pocket community!
