Aspiring investor in Kansas City

Hi everybody,

I've actually been a member for a few years, but I quickly learned my potential future in real estate was dependent on having more capital and cash flow to work with.  I spent the last few years building my (unrelated) business and learning more about RE investing through podcasts and books on the side.  Now I'm back, and ready to move on to the next level.

I live in Overland Park, KS, and I'm originally from Manhattan, KS.  I'm mostly interested in the Kansas City market at this point and would love to start meeting fellow investors from the area.

I feel like I have a good amount of general knowledge, but now need to focus on the details of my submarket and hopefully learn from others that might be interested in partnering with a new investor.
