Greetings, currently working fix/flips in the Denver Metro Area. Previously in California. At this time own 3 rentals in CA and 1 SFR (primary) in CO. Currently rehabbing 1 house in CO.

Wanting to purchase or buy shares in Multi-Family. In business since 2009, landlord since 2002, rehabs since 2005. Always willing to lend advice based on my experience :-)
