Hi BP communities,

I am a new member, not completely new to RE. My husband and I own 3 investment properties and looking to expand to more multifamily units in Martinez, Concord, possibly Oakland, Richmond and Pittsburgh area.

I am working FT in the high tech industry like most people in Silicon Valley. In the short term, I would like to acquire a few more cash flow multi-unit properties. In the long term, I am looking to build a small team of partners consist of investors, property managers to invest in buy and hold multi-units (between 10 to 50).

I am also looking for advise on commercial lending in our local areas, good property management companies.

Eventually, I would like to give back to communities and help other people build wealth.

Jamie
