Hey everyone! Born and raised in California. University in North Idaho and now living in Portland, Oregon, one of the best cities for real estate!

Video Production Specialist by day for a safety company designing promotional marketing material.

Hobbies include: Hiking, paintball, cooking, and weight lifting, and of course...real estate!

Experience

So far I have recently earned a Property management certificate through my local college.

I also co-own a home in a nice neighborhood with my parents that we purchased in 2009. They supplied the down payment and I take care of the mortgage and expenses. They will get their investment back when we sell soon.

Real Estate Goals

I want to slowly acquire buy and hold rental properties in the Portland metro area for passive income.

I am mainly looking for multi family properties to start after I sell my current property hopefully if/when the market peaks in two years.

I am currently learning about financing options and will most likely be using wholesalers and probate attorneys to acquire. I have a lot to learn still!
