Jumping in to the game in Denver.

I live in the Denver foothills and love Colorado. I 'accidentally' became a landlord when we moved from my 1st house to our dream home and ended keeping the 1st one as a rental. I'm interested in buy and hold with rental income. I recently read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "Cashflow Quadrant" and have been reading on BP for the last month.  I'm so pumped and only regret I waited this long in life to get started.  But I'm all in now!
