Hey there BP community. I'm focused on the development of CRE in downtown areas and/or TOD areas. There doesn't seem to be a ton of developers focused on new construction in the community, but hope to connect with the folks that are interested in that space.

My current target areas are Phoenix, Seattle, and Tacoma. I have two active projects underway and not actively looking for another project, but always open to meeting new people. Beyond my development work I'm also interested in BRRRR properties for my personal portfolio. I'm in Bellevue, WA and from Phoenix, AZ. Thanks to all of the folks who have already shared great info on the posts I've been reading.
